Later on you will see different paths comfortably equipped with benches so you can rest or leave your things, immediately everything clears and you will see the cenote larger than the first two, it is divided by metal bridges covered with carpet for your greater comfort .
The first part and the deepest on its edges has large stones so that little by little you enter and can swim in its fresh blue waters, it has a long rope that takes you to a small cave in which you can sit and admire the cenote from another perspective. While swimming you can admire the huge rocks inside that were once the dome of this place, in addition to seeing playful fish that follow you everywhere in search of food.

On one side there is a small stone tunnel that connects you to the second section, which, if you want to take, you will have to take a lot of air and go under the huge rocks, crossing the channel that is only about 8 meters long Without a doubt, those who like adrenaline or diving will love it.
Now that we are on the other side, the area is green tones because the stones almost protrude and with the help of the sun they have formed tiny algae that cover them completely, helping to keep the water clean and provide food for the fish. . You must be very careful as they are slippery, here you can sit while receiving the massage from the fish and swim a little in their wavy parts.
This place has parking so you don't leave your vehicle on the road, it has a craft store, bathrooms and changing rooms.
The Cenote Azul is located at Km 266 on the Cancún – Tulum highway, passing the Barceló Hotel, 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen.
